General Election Absentee Voting begins September 21

Beginning September 21 voters can vote by absentee in the General Election by mail by completing this application  or in person:

  • Cottage Grove Service Center, 13000 Ravine Parkway S., Cottage Grove
  • Headwaters Service Center, 19955 Forest Road N, Forest Lake
  • Washington County Government Center, 14949 62nd St N., Stillwater
  • Woodbury Service Center, 2150 Radio Drive, Woodbury

Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to  4:30 p.m.
Saturday, November 3, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Monday, November 5, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The General Election is on November 6, 2018

Voting Hours:  7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Residents who have voted in the last 4 years will remain on the roster. If you have not voted in the last 4 years, you must re-register to vote. This requires bringing proof of residence to the polling place. A current MN Driver’s License will suffice for this. If you have recently moved to Afton and have not registered prior to Election Day, you can access registration information on the Secretary of State website or Washington County elections information.
